You only need a Singapore mobile number to register on the VE Mobile App.

8) Is Virtual Employee an employment agency?

No, Virtual Employee is not an employment agency. The VE Mobile App is a platform for advertising Virtual Employee services to Employers.

No, Virtual Employee is not a freelancer service. It is a new working style concept. Unlike freelancer Apps that charge for posting services, Virtual Employee does not charge for service postings.

Currently, Service Sellers do not have the option to edit or delete their ADs.

  • Step 3: Employers see your ADs and contact you directly.

  • Step 1: Download the "VE" Mobile App and register for free.
  • Step 2: Subscribe to view the contact details of Virtual Employees.

  • Step 4: Verify and confirm the work before making the payment.
  • Step 5: Pay the Virtual Employee directly.
17) Do you offer any paid services?

Yes, we charge Service Buyers to view Virtual Employees' contact details.

18) We are a company. Can we post our services on the VE Mobile App? Should we register as Virtual Employees?

Absolutely! Virtual Employees can be individual persons or companies. You can register as a Virtual Employee and post your company's services on the VE Mobile App.

19) I am currently working in a company but want to earn a secondary income. Can I use the VE Mobile App?

Yes, you can use the VE Mobile App to earn a secondary income while working in a company.

20) Can I delete my profile?

No, if you wish to delete your profile, please contact us via the Mobile App or WhatsApp.

21) How can I get more job orders from Service Buyers?

To receive more job orders, it is recommended to post your ADs daily and focus on creating high-quality ADs. Avoid inappropriate postings and aim to improve the overall quality of your ADs.

22) Do you provide customer care/support?

Yes, we have customer support available. You can contact us via WhatsApp or through the Mobile App's "Contact Us" feature

Yes, Virtual employees' responsibility to contribute to the Central Provident Fund (CPF) and responsible for declaring their income to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

27) I am a work pass holder. currently working in XYZ company. The XYZ company is registering as a Service Seller (Virtual Employee) or Service Buyer (Employer) in VE Mobile App. I am the contact person for that work. Am I eligible to download and use VE Mobile App?

You are eligible to use the VE Mobile App if you are a work pass holder currently employed at XYZ company, which is in the process of registering as a Service Seller (Virtual Employee) or Service Buyer (Employer) on the VE Mobile App, with you being the designated contact person. Therefore, you can download and use the VE Mobile App without any restrictions

28) Is it possible to register in the VE App if I don't have a Singapore registered mobile number?

No, registration in the VE App requires a Singapore-registered mobile number.

29) Are there Premium Services available for Service Buyers (Employers)?

Yes, we offer customized Premium Services tailored to the specific needs of each employer. Rather than having fixed Premium Services, we assess and understand the requirements of each employer individually and then provide suitable recommendations.
